E-Sports is for the fans that want to see top professional teams face off in a team-based video game. Through strategizing and practice of the video game, the professional E-Sports players are able to show what they are capable in front of a large crowd of fans. Grand Rapids Glitch is to showcase a fantasy team design that would incorporate an E-Sports feel that would represent Grand Rapids. E-Sports showcases a variety of different types of video games in an arena similar to going to a basketball or hockey game. Grand Rapids Glitch fantasy team would be added to the Overwatch League (OWL) with teams based across the world from Los Angeles to London or Shanghai. The Blizzard Entertainment game Overwatch is a six on six team-based games that give a variety of characters and abilities that can best fit the team dynamic strategy. This growing industry is full of passionate fans that want to feel the emotional rollercoaster of how to play at the highest level

The work incorporated multi-media of skills from motion graphics in the highlight package sample to the product design for the fans. The motion graphics show in-game experience highlights that are similar to ESPN sports recap with team-based stats and player stats. The advantage of working with E-Sports is the cosmetic skin designs for fans to purchase team colors based on the game similar to buying a jersey to show support for the team. This project consisted of the design of the actual game performance, the Team jerseys, along with marketing and promotional materials.
